The Girl Code Long-Range Mini Two-Way Radio Set gives you and your girls a way to stay connected when cell service is weak, the group chat is useless or shouting across the venue is simply not the move. Each BF-T1 radio measures approximately 4.25 inches tall, 2.17 inches wide and just 0.83 inches thick, making it compact enough to slip into a pocket, handbag or festival belt without dragging half the electronics aisle with you.

The radios store up to 20 channels across the 400–470 MHz UHF frequency range, with selectable 0.5-watt and 1-watt output. Baofeng’s data sheet lists a maximum communication range of up to 6.2 miles under ideal, open and unobstructed conditions. Buildings, vehicles, hills, trees, weather and radio interference can significantly reduce the real-world range. expect around 2 miles in cities.

A rechargeable 1500 mAh lithium-ion battery provides up to 12 hours of operation. The included USB charging cable can be connected to a computer or compatible car or wall adapter, making it easy to recharge at home or while traveling.

The BF-T1 also includes hands-free VOX operation, priority channel scanning, 51 CTCSS tones, 210 DCS codes, a built-in emergency alarm function, FM radio reception and a countdown timer. The alarm is a radio feature only and does not contact emergency services.
